Terms of use

1. Access

Access is invitation-only via Google accounts on the studio allowlist. You must keep your Google account secure and not share your Progresso session with others. Owners may revoke access at any time.

2. Acceptable use

• Use Progresso only for legitimate studio work.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or unrelated personal data of third parties.
• Treat lead and client information as confidential — do not export or share it outside the studio without authorization.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access other members’ private credentials, or disrupt the service.

3. Content ownership

Work product and records you enter remain subject to your relationship with Rritje Sade. The Progresso software and branding belong to the studio (or its licensors).

4. Availability

The service is provided “as is” for internal use. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Schedule important work with offline backups where needed.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rritje Sade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Progresso. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using Progresso and ask an owner to remove your access.
